About the Company:
Morgan Philips is delighted to be supporting a leading Global business to hire an Executive Compensation Specialist on a permanent basis and offering hybrid working - 3 days per week in the London office. This person will sit as part of a Total Rewards team with plenty of exposure across a broader remit.
About the Role:
Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing the annual calendar of executive compensation activities, including RemCo meetings, annual report and AGM, to ensure timely delivery of materials.
* Developing concise and impactful RemCo materials including relevant analysis and stakeholder input.
* Contributing to design and management of incentive plans that support business strategy.
* Building and maintaining a network of key stakeholders including Reward, broader HR, Finance, Corporate Governance, Insight, and business unit management.
* Bringing external insights into the Reward COE, both concerning executive remuneration as well as broader reward, using benchmarking and analytics.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with c2 years' experience in Executive Reward who has ideally (not essential) RemCo papers. You will have strong analytical skills and be a wizz on Excel.
