My client, an esteemed environmental consultancy, is expanding their Water Hygiene division and has been doing so for over 5 years! As a Legionella Risk Assessor, you will be working on a range of sites from domestic to industrial – here’s a chance to take a step forward with a constantly expanding company, providing plenty of scope for career progression!

Requirements to be a successful Legionella Risk Assessor:
1. Full UK Driving License is necessary
2. 2-5 years+ experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor
3. City & Guilds L2 in Legionella Risk Assessing for Hot and Cold Systems
4. Knowledge of relevant legislation (ACOP L8)
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
6. Competent with AutoCAD
7. A self-sufficient attitude
Responsibilities as a Legionella Risk Assessor:
1. Conduct Legionella Risk Assessments in accordance with ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidelines
2. Produce schematic drawings and documents for clients
3. Perform surveys of water systems in line with ACOP L8 standards
4. Execute remedial works when necessary
5. Conduct temperature testing and water sampling
6. Provide technical support to clients as necessary
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient delivery of water treatment services
8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of assessment findings and remedial actions taken
