We’re RE:NOURISH – on a mission to shake up the soup category with fresh, healthy, and grab-and-go convenience. As we continue to expand at pace, we’re looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to help bridge the gap between Marketing and Sales – turning brand love into action at the point of purchase. This role is all about delivering compelling, data-driven trade marketing strategies that bring RE:NOURISH to life in-store and online with our retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the Trade Marketing strategy across all retail and wholesale channels, aligning with brand and sales objectives.
* Develop and execute impactful in-store activations, point-of-sale (POS) campaigns, and promotional mechanics that drive visibility and velocity.
* Collaborate with Sales teams to support customer presentations, sell-in materials, and joint business plans.
* Plan and manage trade advertising, shopper marketing, and retailer-specific digital campaigns (e.g., Tesco Media, Ocado Retail Media, Sainsbury's Nectar).
* Leverage data and insights from sales, market, and shopper behaviour to optimise promotional ROI and drive category growth.
* Work with supply and commercial teams to forecast and manage promotional stock and budgets.
* Partner with the brand team to ensure consistent brand execution across all consumer touchpoints.
* Build strong relationships with retailer marketing teams to secure strategic opportunities and visibility.
Requirements
* Proven experience in Trade Marketing, FMCG is a must within the top 4 retailers.
* Deep understanding of UK grocery retail landscape and shopper behaviour.
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering ROI-positive campaigns.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, trade marketing platforms, and retailer portals.
* Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
