Purpose of the Role:
* Developing and delivering induction programs
* Providing support and developing people to exceed their targets.
* Shape and develop new employees for our Customer Service and Sales Teams.

* Responsible for promoting and setting professional standards
* First point of contact for new starters and provide coaching & support for our existing staff
* Delivering refresher training and buzz sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality classroom and remote training sessions
* Evaluate their effectiveness
* Design, deliver and update training materials
* Support new starters into the business providing a high-quality onboarding experience from recruitment to delivery to their team.
* Work collaboratively with the training team
* Assist with administering training events from external sources
* Liaise with suppliers and other departments to assist in the planning and organising of training
* Assist in updating supplier information on the Learning Management System
* Assist and support the team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
* Work collaboratively with other departments to check accuracy of training information
* Comply with all company policies and procedures
* Coaching, developing individuals and teams to improve performance and exceed KPIs
* Improve the customer experience at every interaction
Skills and Experience:
* Training experience is Essential
* Cruise Travel Knowledge is Essential
* Internal systems and processes knowledge is an advantage
* Excellent IT skills, a good working knowledge of G Suite Function/Microsoft Office
* Experience of digital content authoring tools an advantage but not essential
* A keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
* Hold a level 3 in education and training or equivalent experience
Package:
£33,000 to £37,000 dependent on experience + Bonus
