At Paragon Social Care, we’re on a mission to make a meaningful impact on the lives of vulnerable and challenging children and young people under the care of local councils. During those crucial periods between long-term placements, we step in with 24/7 wrap-around support packages until a more suitable arrangement is found.
As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in the recruitment and onboarding of our new Support Workers who look after vulnerable young people. You will work closely with the rest of the recruitment and wider Paragon team to ensure we get the right people in the right places. In this role you will be involved with the full end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding candidates right through to sign off and issuing contracts.
