What you'll be doing...
As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Working alongside the Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll:
* Coordinate all food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service across the board.
* Take charge of team development and training, helping our staff shine and deliver excellent service every day.
* Monitor and maintain the highest standards – when something’s not quite right, you’ll take action.
* Drive sales by encouraging up-selling across the department.
You'll do all this while fostering a positive, can-do attitude that inspires those around you.

To succeed in the role of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will need the following qualities and skills.
* Strong communication skills – you’ll be working closely with the team and guests every day.
* Attention to detail – you’ll ensure the smooth running of operations, leaving no stone unturned.
* A love for guest service – creating memorable experiences is at the core of what we do.
* Experience in a similar role is a plus, but we provide full training to get you up to speed.
