Pay: £12.83 per hour
Position: Part-Time (22 hours per week)

Who Will I Be Supporting?
You will be supporting a young lady in her early 30s who:
Has a learning disability and a personality disorder.
Lives in her lovely supported living home
Is a chatty lady who likes to socialise.
Owns her own cat, so you must be comfortable being around cats.
Requires 2:1 support at all times, meaning you will be working alongside a colleague.
Has a wide range of interests and loves various activities, so you must be confident supporting her in whatever she chooses to do.
What Will You Be Doing?
Empowering Independence : Support her to be herself and achieve her goals.
Daily Living Support: Provide friendly verbal prompts around personal care, medication administration, and household tasks including cleaning and laundry.
Night Support: Check on her at regular intervals to ensure her safety, provide emotional reassurance if she’s wakeful, and encourage a healthy sleeping pattern.
Risk Management: Maintain appropriate structures and boundaries with a sound understanding of risk management to support her in reaching her goals.
Specialised positive behaviour support and forensic training will be provided, but it’s essential that you have experience supporting people with complex behavioural, emotional, and/or mental health needs.
Set Shift Patterns
Sunday Night: 9pm – 8am
Monday Night: 9pm – 8am
