**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Team Leader at Co-op, you'll be responsible for:
* Friendly and thoughtful service – providing welcoming, easy, helpful, and thoughtful service every day
* Developing your team's capabilities through coaching and training
* Making sure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational
* Managing diligence checks and stock accuracy
* Supporting your store manager by deputising when they're not working
* Leading the way when introducing new products and services
You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in your local community, supporting your Store Manager with the delivery of the local Co-op community plan.
Our ideal candidate will have strong organisational and problem-solving skills, be able to strike a balance between leading and supporting their team, and have a genuine care for the needs of customers and members.
