Job Title: IT Manager/Senior IT Support Engineer
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Location: Bristol (office-based position)
* Must have a valid UK/EU driving licence.
A leading EdTech organisation are seeking a motivated IT Manager/Senior IT Support Engineer.
As an IT Manager/Senior IT Support Engineer you will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and play a key role in providing high-quality support and services to internal customers.
You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a can-do attitude, and are always looking for ways to continue to develop themselves.
IT Manager/Senior IT Support Engineer Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the availability and reliability of internal services
* Establish, maintain, and evolve secure services
* Provide 2nd/3rd line support
* Manage vendor relationships and software licenses
* Maintain endpoint security and manage mobile devices
* Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity plans
* Manage ticket queues and meet internal support SLAs
* Provide technical mentoring to others
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience with Office 365, including, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD, OneDrive, Microsoft Intune/Autopilot
* General Windows Server, networking, Firewalls, Switches knowledge
* Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
* Experience in remote support and management
* Mentoring experience
* Understanding of GDPR
