Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to drive new customer acquisition for our Digital Enterprise /AI/ML or Customer Experience (CX) / BPO solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the European market, a strong network, and a proven track record of selling disruptive software products.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
* Market Expansion: Explore and penetrate new markets for growth.
* Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree will be an added advantage.
Experience:
* Minimum of 12-22 years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in selling AI /DA solutions /CX solutions across the EU market.
* Proven track record of success in new customer acquisition, specifically within the TTLH industry.
Skills:
* Hands-on experience and understanding of EU market trends, with a solid customer base and strong relationship network.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
* Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close complex deals.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
Summary: If you have 12 plus years of experience in selling software solutions /KPO/CX sales, with at least 6 years in Europe and a proven track record, we are looking for a hunting role and not for account managers.
Prior experience in the AI/ML domain is highly desired.
