What you’ll be doing: The people we support primarily have learning and physical disability needs. You'll be supporting individuals to promote their independence and to gain confidence within the community and own home. Personal care required with some individuals. Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs. Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
