This role has a varied day-to-day range of activities to keep you focused and motivated, including:
* Management of our helpline enquiries to support early years queries.
* Contributing to the review and development of member policies, guidance, and other resources.
* Working to support high-quality practice in the ELC sector.
* Providing, in collaboration with appropriate bodies, direct support, advice, and information to designated ELC members.
* Administration of Membership database in conjunction with the membership team.
* Promotion of EYS Membership.
* Supporting new models of practice for members’ needs.
* Supporting the Membership and Business Support Manager through agreed tasks.
Qualifications
Applicants’ qualifications must be consistent with those required to register as a Practitioner with SSSC, e.g:
* HNC Childhood Practice at SCQF Level 7
* SVQ Social Services (Children and Young People) at SCQF Level 7
Additional ELC qualifications welcomed.
Hours and Salary
* 21 hours per week over 52 weeks per annum (days/hours negotiated)
* £24,448 per annum pro rata (starting point 24 of scale range 24-26)
