Purpose of the role:
Due tocontinued growth we have a unique opportunity to join oursuccessful Dumfries branch in this newly created role of BranchManager. Yopa DG are the leading property specialists in SouthWestScotland. The Branch Manager will haveresponsibility for managing the Dumfries branch providing coachingand support to all members of the team. The role will beresponsible for delivering an exceptional customer serviceexperience and operating effective sales processes and reportingsystems in order to achieve the branchs financial targets and KPIs.You will also work alongside the Company Director to identifyopportunities for business development and to implement a marketingplan that delivers the businesses growth targets. The role will beresponsible for ensuring the team is operating as effectively andefficiently as possible continually looking for ways to improveservice experience through better use of systems and more effectiveprocesses and ensuring that all compliance and administrationrequirements are met. You will proactively support the developmentof all team members to enable them to reach their potential.

You willbe an effective network and understand how to utilise your personaland professional network in order to maximise new businessopportunities for the branch. With demonstratable experience inmanaging relationships with clients and leading others you willdisplay the essential skills required to effectively communicateinfluence motivate and develop your team. By placing customerservice at the heart of what you do along with having a real drivefor operational/financial results and continual improvement youlleffectively allocate resources implement processes and developpeople to run a highly effective and profitable branch with areputation for outstanding service.
Keycompetencies
Proven ability to deliverexcellent standards of customer service
Someform of Property Industry Knowledge Highly Desirable
Expert in estate agency & handlingsales negotiators (desirable not essential)
Knowledge of the residential sales processes within the Scottishmarket preferred.
Proven ability to deliverfinancial targets and KPIs
Proficient in theuse of IT systems including MS Word Excel & Outlook
Prior experience with CRM systems (desirablenot essential)
Full Driving licence
