Job Title: Product Support Coordinator
Salary: £25,200 - £31,800 per annum
Location: Cambridge/Hybrid (expectation of 2 days per week in the office)
Contract: Permanent/Full Time (35 hours per week)

If you have answered yes to the above questions, we would love to hear from you as we are looking for an enthusiastic Product Support Coordinator to play an essential role in our English Propositions Team.

About the role
You will have the opportunity of joining an ambitious, customer-centric team whose goal is to empower learning and enable better results for our learners and teachers across the globe, through our world-class learning and assessment Propositions portfolio. As part of the English Product Group, the Propositions team plays an integral role in the development and delivery of the business strategy. Product Insight and Ideation focus on the future needs of our learners and teachers and support Propositions to deliver their strategic ambitions through research, ideation and insight application work and product development.
As part of this role, you will:
1. Provide product development support for product teams on projects during explore, build and lifecycle stages.
2. Support the explore stage of products and projects through desk research, supporting user/product research, setting up and facilitating workshops and assisting with relevant communications work.
3. Carry out editorial and quality assurance tasks, including content and copy-editing, UAT testing as required.
4. Update or request updates to business systems and product records and maintain project documentation.
5. Check the print and digital content at different stages of development.
About you
You will be an effective and organised administrator with a keen interest in education and all aspects of product development. You will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail and experience of working with internal and external customers.
Your ability to work across multiple tasks and projects along with a willingness to try new approaches to solve problems will enable you to take on a range of tasks to support projects that focus on driving value for our learners and teachers.
An interest and flair for design and communications work is desirable.
