About the Job An integral role within a small finance team, assisting the Financial Controller in administrative and financial tasks, supporting the broader business with exceptional internal service. Duties will include : Managing customer and vendor master data across multiple ERP systems, ensuring audit compliance. Raising invoices, credit notes, and reconciling credit card expenses. Sending statements and invoices to customers and chasing outstanding debts. Investigating and resolving customer and vendor queries proactively. Conducting credit and sanctions searches for customers and suppliers. Assisting with payroll administration and month-end financial tasks. Supporting internal and external audit requirements.
