Your role as an administration debrief will involve you working closely with the inventory and delivery team on site and de briefing the day teams deliveries to the night team verbally.
You will have worked in as an administrator previously and be familiar with customer and team interaction. Deliveries will leave the office daily and all records will need to be recorded by you. Once deliveries are due back you will be involved in verbal interaction to talk through any challenges, or any items not left that need to be rescheduled.
You will be working with a professional and friendly team - who are there to support and nurture you through your training.
The role is Part time Monday - Friday 3.15pm - 19.15pm and ongoing. You will be required to work all of DECEMBER Ex Christmas with no time off due to this being our busiest time.
