* Base Salary of £41,500 - £44,500.
* £7,000 bonus package for receiving a “good” or “outstanding” Ofsted rating, plus performance-related bonuses.
* £1,000 registration bonus.
* Total Package with Bonuses up to £65,500 - £68,500.
* Up to £6,000 Relocation Package.
* Options to pursue Level 7 and therapeutic training qualifications.

What you will need/None-Negotiables…
* A proven track record of making a difference in the lives of children.
* NVQ Level 3 In Children and Young People's Workforce.
* LEVEL 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
* At least 2 years in a role supervising and managing staff.
* A “Good” or “Outstanding” grade within your recent Ofsted Inspections.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in Residential Childcare and working alongside young people.
* A valid driving licence.
