What's in It for You:
1. £12.00 per hour - This will be Temp to Perm
2. Hours: 48 hours per week
3. Monday to Thursday: 18:00 PM to 6:15 AM
4. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off (full pay as the weekly hours are covered Mon to Thurs)
What you will be doing:
1. Machine Setup: Prepare machines at the start of each shift.
2. Safety Checks: Perform all necessary safety checks at the beginning of each shift.
3. Quality Control: Test quality throughput and optimize production to meet targets.
4. Reporting: Document setup, runtime, and downtime through shop floor data.
5. Machine Monitoring: Ensure machines run at optimum speeds during every run.
6. Maintenance: Clean and recalibrate machines at the end of each shift.
7. Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks and other production equipment.
8. Safety: Maintain a safe working environment and manage waste materials.
