We are a well-established and internationally recognized business specializing in the distribution of pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients, and raw materials. With a strong presence across global markets, we are now looking to expand our footprint in the UK & Ireland and are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in this region.
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to spearhead our growth in the UK & Ireland pharmaceutical market. This is a standalone role that offers the flexibility of hybrid/remote working, requiring a self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong background in pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients, or raw materials.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to drive business growth in the UK & Ireland.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing key accounts.
* Engage with customers to provide technical support, negotiate contracts, and build long-term relationships.
* Work independently to manage sales pipelines, client meetings, and industry events.
* Collaborate with international teams to align with global business objectives.
* Travel within the UK & Ireland to meet clients, attend trade shows, and represent the company at industry events.

* Industry Experience: A background in pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients, or raw materials is preferred.
* Sales Expertise: Proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

* Self-Motivated & Independent: As a standalone role, the ideal candidate must be proactive, driven, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

* Flexibility & Travel: Comfortable traveling within the UK & Ireland for client meetings and industry events.
