We are seeking an experienced and proactive New Build Sales Consultant to join a Large Social Housing Organisation. You will be instrumental in delivering sales reservations across various sites or from a single large-scale site within the region. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in new homes sales and knowledge or experience in shared ownership.
Day-to-day of the role:
1. Operate onsite from the Sales Office/Show home/Head office from Tuesday to Saturday, 9am-5.30pm.
2. Manage Sales and Marketing suites and show homes, ensuring high levels of presentation and brand promotion.
3. Ensure all sales enquiries/leads are contacted within 48 hours.
4. Arrange and conduct viewings, surveys, completions, and home demonstrations as required.
5. Monitor all void properties weekly to ensure their ongoing security.
6. Ensure that all properties are reserved in line with policies and procedures, including eligibility, affordability, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales.
2. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
3. Experience working with CRM and Sales Management systems.
4. Must have own transport, a full license, and be willing to use it for work purposes.
5. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, guiding them through all necessary information required when buying a shared ownership home.
6. Self-motivated with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
