Comfort with storytelling and being animated is very important to Phil and is an expectation for the staff team daily.
As Team Leader, you will lead from the front, setting examples for the rest of the team. You should be highly self-motivated and understand how to get the best from your team. Responsibilities include managing rotas and timesheets, ensuring Phil has the support he needs, and overseeing the smooth running of the team.
You will need to be fairly confident with technology, such as a laptop, smartphone, Outlook, Word, etc. A flexible and calm approach to your working day will be an asset. You will be allocated management hours for planning, completing paperwork tasks, attending meetings, and time for professional development and mandatory training. Strong communication skills with your team, Phil's family, and external professionals are essential. You will also need to be organized, able to prioritize, and manage your time well.
Essential for this role: Hold a full UK driver’s licence
