You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multiple audits contributing to our global audit program, providing independent assurance and insights, and motivating change.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multiple audits contributing to our global audit program, providing independent assurance and insights, and motivating change.
You will be responsible for
* Owning a portfolio of audits annually, from planning to execution, including ad hoc in-flight audits and assurance of ongoing change initiatives
* Drafting Audit Reports and key deliverables, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders such as the Executive, Audit Committee, and Board
* Embedding new technology approaches, including automation, data analytics, and continuous improvement, to enhance assurance and insights
* Managing change projects, applying design thinking to improve the Group Risk and Audit functions, and contributing to other improvement initiatives
* Driving your own audit training, including self-learning about the business and industry, and acting with integrity and due diligence
You will need
* Accountancy qualification and/or IIA qualification
* Experience in internal audit is essential
* Project management and change management experience
* Problem-solving skills to identify pragmatic solutions
