Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) team members are seasoned professionals with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare value chain, as well as breadth of experience across multiple disciplines. They partner with hospital management teams and payers to drive complex transformational change, implement innovative growth strategies, streamline patient-focused care pathways, and optimize operations.
A Day in the Life
• Manage Medtronic internal topics such as stock availability and revenue reporting by working directly with Enterprise Account leads and Operating Unit contact points
• Manage operational escalations (client and vendor facing role)
• Prepare reports and analyses for monthly meetings
• Look at data health and take action to correct issues
• Manage consignment vendors / levels with Purchasing Team. This will require looking at stock trends, demands and availability, as well as presenting recommendations to on-site team and discussions with vendors
• Be partner for SD Lead on the operational topics
Must Haves
• University Degree
• Strong data management skills, including MS Excel and PowerBi, knowledge of Ingenica Inventory Management system is a plus
• Strong and accurate analytical skills, experience with SAP
• Ability to work and take decision independently, under minimum supervision, ability to interact with multi-national employees on different hierarchy levels
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels, customer and business minded
• Several years of experience in inventory management or managing complex data sets in supply chain environment
• Track record of customer service experience working in fast paced environment
• Supply chain / logistics / material management background essential
• Fluency in English, both verbally and written
