Platform Management: Oversee the management and optimization of our ecommerce platform(s) (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce). Ensure smooth website functionality, including product listings, checkout processes, and mobile optimization. Monitor website performance and implement necessary improvements to enhance user experience. Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns. Analyze website traffic and customer behavior to optimize marketing strategies. Sales and Revenue: Drive sales growth and revenue generation through effective online marketing and promotions. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Implement strategies to increase average order value and conversion rates. Customer Experience: Prioritize customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing excellent online customer service.
