We are helping an innovative tech business scale their cloud software team. Due to continued growth and demand for their products, they now urgently need a Service Desk Manager to meet demand for their products.
This role would suit a seasoned Service Desk Manager who has a desire to work in a growing MSP.
The Service Desk Manager will lead a strong, well-established support team. This role is Hybrid within the UK. The team works in the Northampton office three times per month.
To be successful, the ideal Service Desk Manager candidate will have:
1. A strong career background in support/service desk
2. Hands-on experience leading and managing a team
3. Experience of Azure and the MS suite is a must
4. Excellent communication and commercial skills
