We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to assist our HR Team. You will engage with employees and the HR Team to ensure quality and timely service delivery. We are passionate about developing our teams and encourage applications from candidates who possess transferable skills and share our core values.
The Role
1. Using pre-set templates of employment documents to create and issue to new-starters.
2. Collating clocking in data weekly and cross-referencing with rotas.
3. Filling in monthly wages spreadsheets.
4. Issuing HR emails and letters to staff.
5. Holding investigation meetings with staff to begin disciplinary procedures.
6. Updating HR software with absences.
7. Ensuring all HR software information is up to date, including up-to-date licence checks.
8. Ensuring all e-learning courses are assigned to workers and completed.
9. Updating training matrices.
10. Booking in first aid courses.

* You will need to have HR experience and a professional qualification.
* You will need to be resilient and discreet.
* Pay attention to detail.
* Wage role experience would be preferred but not essential.
