PHARMACY SERVICES – ASEPTIC DISPENSING UNIT BANK PHARMACIST BAND 7 Bank Pharmaceutical Services – Aseptic Dispensing Unit Bank Pharmacist We are looking for reliable and dependable supplementary Aseptic Dispensing unit Pharmacist who is a good team worker and professional, flexible and reliable. If this is you, then you may be a suitable candidate for the Staff Bank. The main duties would be checking and releasing of aseptically prepared products (Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) and Parenteral Nutrition). Hours of operation are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday and we are open to any hours or days during these opening hours. Training for this role will be provided by experienced staff with a wealth of knowledge in Aseptic Services thereby providing an exciting opportunity for pharmacists interested in learning more about this specialist area and the range of products prepared. All Staff Bank roles are to cover temporary shortages across NHS Tayside. Work is allocated on an "as and when required basis" with different shift patterns available to suit flexible working. There are no guarantees of a fixed number of hours each week as this is a demand led service. The staff bank centrally co-ordinates bank shifts for all many services across NHS Tayside through an electronic booking system allowing bank workers to view and book their shifts through a computer or mobile device.
