We're on the hunt for a proactive and dependable Senior Account Manager who thrives off being a trusted client partner and isn’t afraid to challenge the norm with their thinking. This person will have already earned their stripes in event delivery within an agency, so they can hit the ground running when it comes to taking ownership of multiple projects and ensuring excellence in delivery for our clients.
With the shift from ‘doing’ to ‘thinking’, our Senior Account Managers are brave, they’re down to earth, they’re client experts and they have a laser focused detail for excellence in delivery, as well as a passion for client relationships. They can turn their hand to a variety of projects across a suite of mediums, and their winning personality means they are key to internal and external relationships.
Skills we need for this particular role:
* 6+ years experience in event management and managing client accounts
* Ownership of mid–large scale corporate events (500-2000+ pax) including a deep understanding of pre-prod roles, and management of the team to deliver them
* Experience in logistics management
* Experience in delegate management
* Commercial acumen and experience of end-to-end budget management, income tracking and reporting
* Knowledge & understanding of retail clients / projects / ways of working
* Ability to work with internal depts, briefing creative, production and film teams
* Willingness to work from our Manchester city centre office 3 days a week
