About the Role:
One of numi's core partners are looking for an Customer Support Agent, providing 1st and 2nd line support across a range of digital platforms also be able to do customer demos of the platforms & provide top tier user support.
You’ll work directly with clients and internal teams, ensuring a top-notch user experience as the team continue to scale
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Delivering remote support via phone, email, and video channels
* Troubleshooting customer issues, logging tickets, and following them through to resolution.
* Collaborating with internal teams to solve platform-related issues and document defects.
* Assisting the Operations Manager with reporting and managing shared inboxes.
* Supporting client demos and communicating software updates to use
What You Bring:
* Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
* Experience in IT support or customer service (e-commerce experience is a bonus).
* A proactive, can-do attitude, especially when handling challenges.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively under time constraints.
* Analytical skills and a desire to learn and grow within the role.
