Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:
...
1. Overseeing and managing all aspects of quantity surveying.
2. Liaising with clients and ensuring all work requirements are met.
3. Oversee cost reconciliations, applications and valuations.
4. Cost control and forecasting, monthly reports on information(value, cost, profit/loss, cash flow)
5. Maintain positivity within the workplace, provide open and accurate feedback.
6. Supply chain management.
7. Assisting with risk and value management to optimize solutions and review with the team.
8. Contract management - including all relevant contract forms, methods and budget control and regular software applications.
9. Support preparation of subcontract enquiries, negotiate and set up contracts.
10. Ensuring all documents and information are up to date.
11. Ensure all safety risk situations are known by all site management.
12. Ongoing liaison with site team, subcontractors and clients representatives.
13. Providing correct contractual advice to the site team.
14. Ensure all steps to confidentiality and private information sensitivity.
Requirements:
15. Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
16. CSCS
17. First Aid
18. Experience in Civils, groundworks.
