Location: Scotland, Remote What You’ll Do The Software Implementation Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation and training of Simpro Group suite of products to new and existing clients through consistent and effective training methods. You will optimise the implementation process by following and improving upon implementation procedures, including utilisation of our CRM (Salesforce) through the process to ensure communication is documented, engaging with customers to consult and ensure implementations are strategically planned based on customer needs, providing onsite and online training on our Simpro Group suite of products as they align with customer needs, and conducting post-implementations reviews to ensure system optimization and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Bring Excellent training delivery skills, with an ability to tailor methods to suit different needs. Experience in implementing software systems. Understanding of business processes and workflows. A professional and consultative approach. The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and deliver rapid outcomes. Confidence to adapt and learn new programs, and systems. Knowledge of accounting packages such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks. Knowledge of or experience in the trades.
