Titan Private Wealth our investment management arm, recently rebranded from Cardale, founded in 2003 and based in Harrogate.
The role
The TPW Head of Investment Management (Sales focus) role will play a critical role in our future growth ambitions by driving IM business strategy, and leadership of revenue drivers and growth of the business. The post holder will be part of the Executive Leadership team of TPW and report to the Titan Wealth Group Sales Director with a dotted line into TPW CEO. This role will be required to spend at least 2-3 days a week in our Harrogate office to be visible to the team you will lead and occasional travel to our Peterborough and London offices.
Job responsibilities
* Own, implement and evolve a proactive GTM strategy set by Group to drive sales initiatives, deploying additional capital and ultimately driving the performance and growth of the business.
* Drive a team of Investment Managers to deliver revenue growth, setting targets and managing the team appropriately against those targets.
* Embed a sales-driven culture, ensuring that the client’s needs continue to be at the heart of the service we offer to new and existing clients.
* Work closely with the Marketing team to develop strategy in line with Group objectives and meet entity and wider group growth targets.
* Be an ambassador for the brand and expected to perform as such, working to develop the exposure of the brand and reputation of the group.
* Carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required.
* Adhere to consumer duty.
Education and requirements
* Strong sales track record within the investment management industry.
* Proven experience in improving sales results, embedding a sales culture and delivering excellent client service whilst ensuring all client outcomes are in line with Consumer Duty and meet all regulatory requirements.
* Previous management of investment teams is essential.
* Strong leadership, development and mentoring skills.
* Ability to influence, drive and deliver.
* Excellent client-facing skills with strong written and verbal communication.
* Effectively build formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organisation.
* A highly motivating leader with sound investment judgement.
* Excellent ability to communicate effectively and persuasively.
