You'll be working for a reputable market-leader within the construction industry who is looking for an experienced administrator, based in Edinburgh. They are experiencing a very busy spell and are looking to add a part-time member to the team to support the growth of the office function.
Your new role
As a key member of the team, you'll be trusted with the following responsibilities:
* Manage internal registers, such as car and telephone lists
* Create reports for management and directors
* Book meetings internally and with external facilities, such as hotels
What you'll need to succeed
* Immediately available
* Previous administration experience
* Self-starter who isn't afraid to be hands-on
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
