Restaurant Manager sought to lead luxury 5* resort's restaurant and in-room dining, ensuring excellent service, high standards, and financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-Day Operations
o Plan and manage food and beverage service functions in 1906 Restaurant and In-Room Dining
o Supervise and develop team members, including Assistant Managers and Senior Waiters
o Ensure guest needs are met and expectations are exceeded
* Leadership and Development
o Train and mentor team members to achieve high standards
o Develop and implement strategies to improve service, quality, and productivity
* Financial Management
o Manage revenue, labour forecasting, and inventory
o Monitor and analyse financial data to inform decision-making
* Relationships and Communication
o Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members, and external partners
o Communicate effectively to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues
Requirements:
* Eligibility to live and work in the UK
* Excellent grooming standards and leadership skills
* Previous experience in a luxury 5* resort or hotel as Restaurant Manager
* Knowledge of F&B standards, quality, and safety
* Ability to prepare and analyse data, figures, and transcriptions
