Key Responsibilities
* Support the classroom teacher with teaching and classroom management
* Provide individual and small group support, particularly for SEND children
* Assist with classroom routines and behaviour management
* Maintain a safe and structured learning environment
What We Require
* Experience working with children (schools, nurseries, youth work, etc.)
* Positive, flexible, and reliable attitude
* Available at least two days a week
* Own transport is highly preferred
