Direct Marketing Executive\n\nA small direct marketing company based in Putney is looking for a perfectionist to help manage a variety of direct marketing campaigns, focusing on direct-mail (postal), subscription magazine production and management, and television and newspaper advertising.\n\nThere will also be a large element of data entry, data analysis and general business administration involved. You need to be a highly organized and self-motivated individual who can work autonomously in a quiet office.\n\nEssential requirements as the Direct Marketing Executive:\n\n * 2 years experience in a business type role\n\n * Excellent written English required\n\n * Strong Microsoft Excel skills\n\n * Meticulous attention to detail\n\n * Commercial experience\n\n * A good understanding of numbers and statistics\n\nThe Job Role as the Direct Marketing Executive:\n\n * Creating and proof reading adverts, magazines and other promotional material. Involves providing clear instructions to graphic designers.\n\n * Collating promotion results: data entry, numeric analysis and statistics.\n\n * Coordinating direct marketing campaigns with suppliers including designers, print houses, customer services and various other marketing agencies.\n\n * Scheduling magazine print and dispatch for thousands of customers with different subscriptions and dispatch dates.\n\n * General admin e.g.
data input, checking and processing invoices.\n\nHours: Flexible, but ideally 9am-3pm Mon-Fri (30 hours). Can work from home one day per week.
