A prestigious financial services firm in Central London, in partnership with Eden, is seeking a highly skilled Assistant to join their dynamic and fast-paced team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support 2 Global Co-Heads, as well as providing additional assistance to a wider team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the executive team. Key Responsibilities: Diary Management: Oversee and coordinate complex calendars for senior executives, ensuring efficient time management and prioritisation of appointments. Meeting Organisation: Arrange and organise meetings, prepare agendas and presentations, and ensure all necessary materials are ready. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Document Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and various documents. Travel Coordination: Manage all travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and delivering exceptional service. Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as required, such as database administration/CRM management. Requirements: Proven experience as an Assistant, ideally within the financial services sector. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Flexible and adaptable approach, with a positive and professional attitude. This role is 5 days in the office and the hours are 9am - 6pm.
