Case Management Operations Analyst
The Case Management Operations Analyst will work closely with the Case Management Leadership Team to support analytics, production management and departmental projects. They will support the creation and delivery of standardized production reporting including comparisons to forecasted volumes and complete analysis to identify claim trends for internal and external use. Additionally, they will support programs to improve financial and claims decision quality, data integrity, and continuous improvement.
What are the main responsibilities?
1. Identify areas for analysis in different areas of Case Management;
2. Conduct thorough analyses of claims trends and compare results to historical data where applicable;
3. Compile results from analyses and share with Case Management leadership;
4. Prepare action plans where required based on findings from analyses and oversee implementation of recommendations;
5. Provide recommendations for system, process and team enhancements;
6. Collaborate with other areas of Global Excel and external partners where needed to understand claims processes and identify potential gaps;
7. Create and deliver production and inventory reports to leadership team;
8. Align production tracking across all areas of Case Management;
9. Communicate areas of concern and highlight successes to the leadership team;
10. Coordinate with leaders and team members from Case Management to implement product and process changes;
11. Communicate project updates and timelines to leadership team;
12. Maintain accountability for project success and deadlines;
13. Work closely with teams from our Windsor, Ontario site;
14. Conduct daily follow-ups with other departments in our various sites, whether in Ontario, Miami, Mexico or elsewhere.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
1. College Diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field is required;
2. 5 or more years of relevant work experience in case management with a focus on data analyses required;
3. Strong MS Office Skills;
4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify trends and patterns in data;
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner;
7. Experience in data analytics and Project Management;
8. Knowledge of Travel Insurance and Case Management Operations.
