We are currently working with one of the largest Electrical Manufacturers for Power Distribution Globally, who have a fantastic SME/family feel to their environment. They are currently looking for someone to join their Technical Support team for an office-based role, communicating with distributors and providing technical customer service.
This role involves providing technical support to customers regarding the company products and applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating quotations, addressing inquiries through various communication channels, and participating in ongoing training for new systems and products. A focus on delivering excellent customer experiences and collaborating with the team is essential.
This position is ideal for individuals with a technical background who possess strong communication skills and enjoy problem-solving. Candidates should be adaptable and open to change, making them well-suited to a dynamic work environment that prioritises continuous improvement and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide technical support and guidance to customers on product applications.
2. Generate accurate quotations using the Pricing Tool.
3. Maintain project opportunities within the CRM system.
4. Collaborate with team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
5. Participate in regular training sessions on new systems and products.
In return you'll receive a salary circa 28k, with company OTE bonus of 10% (capped at 20%), 26 days holiday (increasing with service), pension contributions up to 10% from the employer, and a range of other benefits. The role will be office-based for the first 3 months, moving to hybrid with 2-3 days a week from the office and 2-3 days from home.
