Job Description
* To assist in the development of the reports, accounting procedures and policies throughout the organisation.
* Develop the detail reporting and creating analysis of all areas within the balance sheet and P&L allowing management to be able to make confident and informed decisions.
* Assist in the month end process ensuring timely cut off and reporting of performance.
* Process and submit monthly Statutory returns and submissions.
* Assist during the annual audit.
* Assist with keeping a clean ledger in terms of Accts Receivable.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
* An educational background in accounting, finance or a related field.
* Professional accountancy qualification (part-qual).
* Proficiency in accountancy software.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Strong knowledge of financial laws and regulations.
* Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis.
