The Older Adults Community Mental Health Team is looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our admin team on a permanent basis (Mon - Fri AM).
We are inviting applications from individuals with excellent organisation skills, ability to work on your own or as a member of the wider admin team. The successful candidate will be able to communicate with staff, service users, visitors and carers in a professional manner. The successful candidate must be computer literate, able to use Microsoft office packages and have a good telephone manner.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide a comprehensive administration and information service to the Older Adults Community Mental Health Team. Coordinating their activities with other members of the wider Network Administration Team, to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided.
The post holder will be aligned to a specific team and is required to work flexibly in response to the needs of the Networks Administrative Service, providing cover to departments on various sites as directed by their Deputy Admin Lead to ensure continuity of a quality service provision.
