Please note, this role will include working weekends, sleepovers, mornings, and evenings, so flexibility is required.

Responsibilities of the Therapeutic Residential Worker:
* Experience working as a Support Worker in a similar setting (including SEN or PRU schools, youth work, youth offending, children's social care - desirable as full training given)
* Help the children with their emotional, physical, and developmental needs.
* Act as an appropriate role model.
* Demonstrate a positive attitude, empathy, and resilience.
* Encourage positive life experiences for the children.
* Strong experience building rapport.
* Strong experience working in a team environment.
* Ability to communicate in a positive and open manner.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of others.
