The role
As a Change Risk Business Partner, you’ll provide support and challenge to Pensions & Savings Change Hub and portfolio, delivering change activity in line with the Change Management Framework. Embedding Change Risk Strategy across Pensions & Savings and supporting trading channels and enabling functions in BAU change, ensuring risks are effectively managed whilst promoting informed decision making and controlled risk-taking that improves customer outcomes and delivers long term value for shareholders.
What are we looking for?
1. Line 1 Risk Management oversight experience with a background of implementing and embedding risk frameworks and providing oversight and support to Change initiatives across the business.
2. Experience of change delivery from a project or oversight capacity, with a strong understanding of the project management lifecycle and both waterfall and agile ways of working.
3. Excellent stakeholder management with ability to build close working relationships to gain credibility and an appropriate level of influence in relevant/aligned business areas.
4. Used to producing meaningful analyses of data that can be used to support reporting to forums and the Board.
5. Ability to utilise outputs from oversight review activity and anticipate change in risk profile to make sound recommendations on existing process/procedure.
