An AJ100 Architecture firm is looking for a Senior Technical Lead to join their award-winning team in central London. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9?am5:30?pm
Duties:
Project Oversight: Lead and manage key projects, ensuring smooth on-site execution.
BSA Compliance: Provide technical guidance on Building Safety Act (BSA) requirements within Architecture projects.
Technical Reviews: Assess designs and specifications to ensure compliance, identify risks, and implement solutions.
Team Support & Mentorship: Host knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor junior team members to enhance technical skills.
Contract Reviews: Evaluate project contracts and scopes, highlighting potential concerns and risks.
QA & R&D Leadership: Oversee quality assurance processes and research & development initiatives.
Requirements:
Strong experience in a Senior Architect or Associate Architect position.
Expertise in Building Regulations and BSA compliance.
Background in managing technical design reviews and project specifications.
Confident in reviewing contracts and identifying project risks.
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
