Key Responsibilities
* Help provide consistent website support and maintenance through digital health tests, user journey analysis and data profiling
* Bring a keen knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO
* Assist in the roadmap development for the website, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
* Conduct in-depth reviews of website performance metrics and user experience to identify areas for enhancement and implement improvements
* Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to ensure new features, updates, and functionalities meet quality standards and user expectations
* Collaborate with web developers and digital third-parties, to implement website enhancements and resolve technical issues
* Ensure correct integrations and technical aspects of the websites, such as API integrations, plugins, and third-party tools
What We’re Looking For
* Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and SEMrush (or similar tools), with the ability to analyse website performance metrics
* Comfortable with technical aspects of websites, including system integrations, HTML/CSS and third-party tools
* Capable of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
* Works well in a team environment and is comfortable with internal and external collaborations
* Can adjust to a dynamic work environment, eager to learn and contribute to digital growth initiatives
* An eye for detail
* Database design / management
* Good knowledge of Windows
* Up to date with the latest web trends, technology and techniques
* The ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
* A keen interest in digital channels and web technologies
* Willingness to learn and develop skills
* A willing attitude towards providing exceptional levels of customer service
