Kulture is seeking a Social Media Manager to oversee and elevate our presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Main Accountabilities include...
Social Media Management:
1. Manage day-to-day operations of our social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
2. Schedule, post, and monitor content to maximise engagement and reach.
3. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, fostering strong connections with followers and members.
Content Creation:
1. Plan, create, and edit high-quality photo, video, and graphic content for social media.
2. Utilise tools like Canva and video editing software to produce visually appealing and engaging posts.
3. Ensure all content aligns with Kulture Gym’s branding and marketing goals.
Videography and Editing:
1. Capture footage of gym activities, events, and member success stories.
2. Edit and optimise video content for various social media platforms.
Strategy and Collaboration:
1. Work closely with the General Manager to develop and execute effective social media marketing strategies.
2. Analyse social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to enhance results.
Community Engagement:
1. Actively engage with members and followers to build a sense of community around Kulture Gym.
2. Stay informed about trends in gym culture and fitness to maintain relevance and connection with the audience.
About You...
The ideal candidate will be a creative and tech-savvy professional with a passion for fitness and a proven track record in managing social media platforms and content creation.
You’ll have an entrepreneurial mindset and a growth-oriented attitude. You must be comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate the fast-paced and constantly evolving nature of our gym. You must be willing to take calculated risks and have a bias for action, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in all aspects of the business.
Additionally, you must be customer-focused and have a deep understanding of our target audience. You must be passionate about fitness and have your finger on the pulse of brand or (organic & earned) social media building techniques, process and fashion trends and styles. You must be creative and innovative, with the ability to anticipate and respond to changing audience needs before they happen.
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE:
1. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in social media management, content creation, or a similar role.
2. Content Creation Tools: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), or equivalent tools.
3. Videography Skills: Experience capturing and editing video content for social platforms.
4. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with followers and members.
5. Fitness Knowledge: A strong interest in fitness and an understanding of today’s gym culture.
6. Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with management to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
