Job summary Are you an outstanding senior leader looking for a new challenge? This is a key senior leadership role within the MSK and Specialist Surgery Division. As part of this innovative clinical and operational structure you will work closely with Divisional Colleagues, Clinical Leads and Speciality Matrons to ensure high quality and safe care is delivered to all patients. You will possess a strong track record of operational delivery, strong financial management knowledge and skills, coupled with effective leadership skills. You will also have the ability to develop strong, productive and collaborative relationships both internally and with key stakeholders. Main duties of the job Responsible for the day-to-day and strategic management of the MSK and Special Surgery portfolio. Responsible for the quality of service delivery and meeting key performance indicators. Liaising with external agencies as appropriate, including being the first point of contact for the portfolio. Deputise for the Associate Director of Operations where necessary Responsible for policies and service improvement and make recommendations to the Operations management team where policy changes are required.
