Compliance Auditor
Location: Doncaster DN5
Salary: £35k
Hours: 40 hrs. per week (8am-4.30pm Mon-Fri)
Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays
Pension: The Company will make contributions of 7% of earnings into the scheme. For every 1% the employee contributes, the Company will contribute a further 0.5% up to a maximum Company contribution of 10%.

Travel: Based in Doncaster, but travelling to other sites in the UK and Europe when needed; therefore, a full UK driving license and in-date passport are essential.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct audits and evaluate H&S compliance against Group Policy and legislation.
2. Prepare for audits, including sending out pre-audit questionnaires, gathering relevant information, generating audit checklists, contacting site representatives, and completing reports.
3. Ensure that any H&S and compliance issues highlighted in follow-up audits are addressed and corrective actions are completed.
4. Provide tailored support to sites for continuous improvement of compliance against Group Policy and safety culture.
5. Support factory personnel with H&S/compliance issues and audits.
Qualifications:
1. Experience of auditing against ISO 45001 is essential.
2. Qualified in IOSH and NEBOSH with a good standard of education.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good IT skills, including Excel.
4. Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to make decisions at an appropriate level.
5. Able to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing workload.
