PROJECT COORDINATOR - SIGNAGE INDUSTRY

Our client, a leading sign company based in West Yorkshire, is experiencing growth and is now looking to expand their team by recruiting an experienced Project Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in signage or a related field to join a well-established and respected organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* As part of a busy team, the Project Coordinator will play a key role in managing a large corporate in-house account.
You will be responsible for:
* Supporting Project Managers in overseeing various projects from inception to completion.
* Engaging directly with clients to understand their business needs, project requirements, and any changes or amendments.
* Preparing and issuing quotes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Coordinating and monitoring projects as they progress through production.
* Scheduling and managing work within the factory, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Communicating with suppliers, placing orders, and managing stock levels.
* Occasionally attending site meetings during busy periods.
* Securing client approvals for costs and production processes.
* Maintaining clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
* Preparing detailed work orders to ensure smooth production and installation processes.
* Collating all relevant project information for efficient invoicing upon completion.
What They're Looking For:
* Experience in the signage or construction industry is highly preferred.
* A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
