Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Manager full time (36.25 hours per week), based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington with a salary of £50,811 – £54,775 per annum.

As a Maintenance Manager in the Property Services Team, you would be part of a professional and customer-focused team with responsibilities to provide an excellent responsive repair and void maintenance service.
We are looking for candidates with skills and experience that includes:
1. Working within the social housing sector, particularly in a maintenance setting
2. Leading to deliver high levels of performance against defined targets
3. Prioritising to achieve realistic targets, costs, and time deadlines
4. Coordination of complex processes
5. Successful delivery of change management
